The Head of NAB Corporate for Victoria is responsible for overseeing all financial, strategic, customer, staff, risk and operational dimensions of the NAB Corporate Corporate Property for the Victoria business.
Reporting into the General Manager NAB Corporate, this key leadership role within Business Banking will contribute to the development and further implementation of the Corporate Bank 'Strategic Roadmap', supporting a clear and executable vision for the business into the medium term, which in turn is brought to life in the VIC business.
Responsibilities:
- Building, maintaining and furthering a sustainable market leadership position for the Corporate Banking division.
- Work closely with counterparts within corporate property, business banking, institutional banking and private wealth to upsell and cross sell products and services.
- Continue the evolution and implementation of the market leading, 'Whole of' Customer' proposition, based around:
- Depth of understanding;
- Quality and uniqueness of insight; and
- Consistent delivery of value.
- Maintain a clear and visible role in the acquisition and relationship management of key Corporate and in conjunction with the Head of Corporate Property Victoria, the Corporate Property customers in VIC;
- Continuing the build of an open collaborative and performance based culture
Experience:
Tertiary qualified in Finance or a Business related discipline, it is essential that you possess relevant domestic experience working at a senior level within corporate banking. A comprehensive understanding with previous experience in leadership, coaching, culture, marketing and customer segment management practices, risk management is essential.
