Head of Private Equity Operations
My client is a Global Bank, now looking to hire within their Private Equity Operations team. They are looking for both a Team Head.
Responsibilities / Requirements include:
- Process owner for Private Equity products in Asia
- Must have strong knowledge of PE products
- Single point of contact for Relationship Managers, Fund Execution Team, Custodian and products group for all private equity processing matters
- Process all private equity transactions, throughout the life cycle of the product
- Provide training to RMs on the process and execution for private equity transactions
- Custodian for all private equity related documents and information in Asia
- Lead improvement initiatives to make the process efficient and scalable
- Liaison with Products group in Asia to define specific processes for new offerings
