Head of Strategy recruitment
We are looking out for an interim strategy head, for approximately 6 months; the size of our business is large, approx. $20 billion, spread across EP, energy infrastructure, shipping, power, refining marketing, minerals metals, trading, steel; Ideally you would of worked in high level Interim assignments within the Oil Gas Sector.
Mandate will be to lead a strategic review/business plan exercise, culminating in setting up a strategy management/performance management process, with support from in house or external consultants.
In terms of experience, we are looking for:
• Track record in a corporate strategy role with a major international energy/energy –related company
• Likely to have consulting experience at a strategy consulting firm
• Ideal background with be upstream oil gas, energy mid-downstream, power or basic materials
• Experience in implementing strategy development/ execution – performance management processes, across geographies/energy industries
• Strong strategic thinker
• Proven interim manager, with a track record of successful delivery
• Quick availability, ideally from June/July 2012
