Head of Total Quality recruitment
The idea candidate for this role will come from a background that has specialised in the field of Strategy and Total Quality Management within the Banking Financial Services industry. Global experience will be considered but it is highly advantageous if regional experience has been secured. The role will invole high level project work across the retain, corporate and investment banking divisions and will also include projects on an international platform as well. The skills / experience required for this role are:
- a graduate in the field of business / finance, an MBA in highly advantageous.
- 10-15 years experience in the field of strategy, with a heavy emphasis on total quality management and operational excellence.
- strong management capabilities
- project management certification, preferably a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
- Strong Banking Financial Services background
