About the Job
is seeking a person to fill the position of
Metering/ Apparatus Technician in the Kenai
office. Associate's degree in electronics, or
electrical technology, and two years experience
in maintaining and installing power metering
devices and protective relaying equipment is
required. Installs/ maintains large power load
and substation metering equipment; receives,
inspects, and tests new meters; tests, repairs
and replaces single and polyphase meters;
investigates and resolves complaints involving
power quality and metering; performs
maintenance testing and repair of internal
workings of substation and line equipment,
and other duties as may be required.
