Job Description:

POSITION SUMMARY

The HouseCalls Data Analyst will be responsible for conducting analyses of membership trends, practitioner FTE needs analysis, and other analyses for the HouseCalls program as directed by the Lead Data Analyst or by the Director, HouseCalls Network Management.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyze and forecast geographic FTE needs for the HouseCalls program.
Prepare regular summary reports on items such as HouseCalls practitioner survey results and practitioner feedback (i.e. complaints, grievances, etc)
Analyze and report on trend experience by geographic region in terms of member distribution and patterns of growth.
Develop and maintain process for expense report auditing. Analyze expense trends and exceptions. Based on expense trends and exceptions, identify opportunities for more efficient use of resources within the HouseCalls program.
Analyze and prepare reports that monitor practitioner hours of availability are meeting contractual expectations and productivity. Productivity analysis will include evaluating effective use of practitioner time and variations in appointment completion percentages.
Complete analysis and reports that help team ensure that physician preceptors are completing the proper number of reviews monthly.
Assist with practitioner payment file maintenance and analysis.
Must be able to work independently to identify issues and identify solutions.
Ensure that all reports support the strategic needs of the HouseCalls program.
Represent Care Improvement Plus in a professional and polished manner.
Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelors Degree
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience working with large data files.
2 years relevant work experience in a managed care or health care setting preferred.
Demonstrates flexibility and ability to adjust to change.
Ability to receive and process performance feedback.
Demonstrates follow-through on assignments.
Positive attitude, solution oriented.
Ability to manage and meet deadlines.
Detail oriented.
