MOVE/CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR: New World Van Lines, a family owned, 80 year old, nationwide moving organization with 14 locations across the United States, is now hiring a customer service/move coordinator to work on site at one of our accounts in New Jersey. Our move coordinators serve as the single point of contact with our customers. You will coordinate the movement of our customer ??s household goods throughout the relocation process, keeping the customer up to date on the status of their relocation. You will be working on site at a client ??s facility and must be able to conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism. The successful candidate will have a customer service background, be detail oriented and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You must be computer literate and work well in a multi-tasking environment. Household goods or relocation experience is required.
