We need people like you to work with our residents in local communities, drawing together services to maximise customer satisfaction. Housing is one of the most rewarding careers there is. You don't need housing experience to work for Metropolitan. But you do need brilliant communication skills, the ability to read people and situations and a real empathy with the work of housing associations. Be aware that you'll sometimes need to deal with some difficult community situations and that's not always easy. But we'll provide all the training you need.
