About the Job
Your next employer is a major Australian oil and gas exploration company with operations in every major Australian petroleum province and key locations across the world. As a result of significant growth and expansion, a number of Brisbane-based Human Resources roles have arisen.
This role will see you involved in stakeholder management, implementing HR strategies and initiatives, managing recruitment processes, assisting managers with performance management, advising on and coordinating staff development, and supporting our talent management and staff rotation process. You will coach line managers involved in 'start up' operations and large projects, support strategic agendas and facilitate negotiations.
Ideally, you will have experience in the resources sector, manufacturing, processing or similar environment, with generalist HR expertise, preferably with IR experience. You will demonstrate proven relationship building and influencing skills, coupled with an ability to drive projects to completion. Previous exposure to a variety of challenges within a dynamic environment is a key requirement. Some travel to field locations will be required.
