Our client is a multinational start up company in Brazil, focused on chemical materials, services and solutions.

Oferta:

Reporting to the International HR Director, your main responsabilities will be to:

- Receive and implement HR Policies;
- Coordinate HR admin process;
- Coordinate the outsourcing process for payroll;
- Develop and implement the Organizational Development tools;
- Coordinate the Union and Labour Relations;
- Research best practices for Compensation Benefits' implementation;

Perfil desejado:

We are searching for professionals with experience in HR start-ups and solid degree in Business Administration, Psicology or related area. Post graduation will be a plus. Leadership, strong communication skills, hands-on will complete the profile. Fluent English is mandatory.
