HR OD Consultant

Our client, a FTSE 100 well-known blue-chip business, has an opportunity for an interim HR OD Consultant to join them based in North Yorkshire for a period of 9 months.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with the HR, OD and Senior Leadership Team and will project manage the remodelling of whole business units - looking at the operating model, reviewing current structures and considering design and reward. You will be required to provide high level, strategic consultative HR input to the business.

We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate previous large scale HR Change/OD experience within a FTSE 100, blue-chip business, ideally retail banking / financial services. You will have solid generalist skills, coupled with project / programme management skills and Business Partnering expertise. You will be highly credible, consultative in your approach, with demonstrable senior stakeholder management skills. Career orientated and a self-starter, you should be CIPD qualified and / or possess the Prince 2 qualification.
