Responsibilities:
This individual will manage the day-to-day responsibilities of the operations support for Staffing and Recruiting initiatives, for the Global Talent Acquisition Team. The HR Operations Analyst III will implement and manage on-going projects, such as applicant tracking initiatives, recruitment analytics and reporting, and the automation of staffing, regulatory, or compliance related processes. He/she will also be charged with business process documentation and reengineering, in an effort to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness levels.
Requirement:
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Lead and manage the implementation of mission critical components of the global recruiting operations and systems infrastructure
- Provide operations, systems, and project management expertise to the transformation of recruitment processes and the implementation of global recruitment operations and systems.
- Performs User Acceptance Testing for all applicant or staffing related system upgrades, patches or enhancements to validate system and functional availability.
- Developing clear business solution alternatives based on company priorities, HR strategy and processes, and technology options.
- Partnering with recruitment stakeholders, corporate systems and vendors, as applicable, to define business and functional requirements to translate business needs into multi-year and tactical implementation plans, including project schedules and resource plans.
- Developing program and project plans, including work plans, schedules, estimates, and resource plans.
- Coordinating project plans, staffing, and schedules with the broader HR Transformation program in alignment with Centers of Expertise, communications, and change management, as well as Internal Audit.
- Performing full life-cycle project and program management, including staffing, scope management, risk identification and mitigation, status reports, and deliverable, schedule, and ROI attainment.
- Developing and managing budgets, including business case development, budget assessments, and ROI calculation and attainment.
- Performing vendor management tasks, including evaluation, negotiations in coordination with Vendor Management, selection, and ongoing relationship management, including service level agreement (SLA), issues, and project management.
- Leading the ongoing operation, enhancement, and further implementation of the implemented systems in partnership with Centers of Expertise, Corporate Systems, Vendors, and the user community.
- Keeps abreast of all regulatory (State, Federal and Local) related issues and ensures recruitment is compliant.
- Partners with external vendors in support of Recruitment related advertising, job boards, and additional niche sites.
Qualifications:
- BS/BA Degree. Master's Degree preferred.
- 7+ years in Human Resources/ Recruiting with 2 + years in managing HR, Operations, Systems, and Transformation projects.
- Domain expertise in HR disciplines, including data management, metrics and measurement, operations, and recruiting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills / communications skills
- Experience of best practice Recruitment process, systems, and service delivery models.
- Skilled in leading and collaborating with functional and technical resources to meet business requirements within the system development lifecycle.
- Successful experience developing business cases, requests for proposals, and proposals.
- Experience leading new initiatives and working with consulting partners.
- Experience redesigning business processes in large organizations, preferably complex and global.
- Experience leading change management in large, complex, global organizations
- Proven ability to collaborate and develop strong business partnerships
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to define and create metrics, reports, tools and other resources to quantify and analyze results.
