Demonstrates an intermediate knowledge level in assigned area and works under direction only as needed. Responsible for HR process management, enhancements, system administration and reporting/analytics. Supports most of the technology systems within HR, including the day to day,
cyclical processes and new projects/initiatives related to systems. Contributes to the completion of HR
technology projects and goals.

Primary responsibilities/essential functions:
• Serves as a technology project subject matter expert (SME)
o Participates in a variety of technical projects as a workstream lead or SME. Assists
business associates on full impact of design decisions; gathers and documents business
requirements and participates in user testing. May also perform as an overall lead for
smaller-scale projects.
• Provides HR technology support
o Acts as a resource and provides direct support to HR generalists and HR specialists on a
variety of HR technology applications. Processes questions, improvements, and defect
and enhancement requests. Handles reporting, analytics and data management issues.
• Completes metrics, reporting and analytics
o Helps create and analyze data to identify specific trends/issues that will assist HR to be an
effective partner with the business. Generates ad-hoc and standards reports. Provides
assistance to HR associates in running reports and analysis from various HR systems.
• Manages system enhancements
o Acts as a liaison between HR information technology group and end users to identify
needs, assess options, make recommendations and test new functionality on system
enhancements and defect requests.
• System administrator
o Serves as an administrator/contact for certain HR systems to include applicant tracking
and organizational charting systems (BrassRing and Acquire). Makes updates to system
configuration, adds users, creates forms and handles vendor relations.
• Develops and delivers end-user training
o Develops training materials for selected HR technologies and processes. Facilitates and
delivers end-user training for HR associates.
• Performs additional responsibilities as assigned.
