Human Resource Manager – Reston, VA

The following skills and experience are REQUIRED to be considered for this position:
· 7-10 years experience within HR
· Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related discipline
· SPHR/PHR certification is preferred
· Previous HR experience in a high volume, fast-paced, dynamic environment, providing excellent customer service is essential
· Must have good understanding of labor market trends and be current on employment laws
· Must possess strong employee relations and investigative skills and experience
· A significant portion of that experience must have been in a position acting in a consultative capacity interfacing with and influencing senior managers
· Prior experience working in a Federal Government contracting environment highly desired
· Ability to work independently in an environment that is fast paced with sometimes minimal structure
