Human Resources Coordinator Job in Rosemont 60018, Illinois US

Dairy Management Inc.™ (DMI) is currently seeking a Human Resources Coordinator in Rosemont, IL.  This role will be responsible for providing a variety of human resources and employee benefits assistance and service to employees of DMI and associated client companies and related parties as necessary.

Essential Duties:
• Respond to employee inquiries ensuring appropriate confidentiality is maintained.
• Create and maintain all employee files and records.
• Create and maintain electronic employee records in Human Resources Information System.
• Reconcile and process employee benefit enrollments and billing.
• Process payroll data according to schedule.
• Conduct onboarding process ensuring all paperwork is completed and benefit enrollments occur.
• Coordinate candidate interviews as directed.
• Post jobs as needed on recruiting boards/other sources, screen resumes according to job specs, and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate new employee orientation documentation and presentations. Assist with logistics.
• Provide administrative support for HR Department, if needed.

Education and Experience: 3-5 years of HR related experience or BA degree required.
