Brief Description JOB SUMMARY: The Field recruiting Managers primary responsibility will be to build, and develop pipeline of experienced driver candidates for DBI positions within their assigned territory. The Field recruiting manager will support hiring for all Dedicated, Bulk and Intermodal driver recruiting needs by developing their territory and the development of an experienced candidate pipeline. They will support the Recruiting Operations Manager (ROM) i n developing and maintaining new recruiting sources that deliver quality experienced driver applicants at the right time, location, and amount needed. This includes the execution of long and short-range goals, action plans, and specific sourcing strategies. Additional responsibilities will include, but is not limited to the review, creation and implementation of industry contacts and networking to assess our competitiveness for a specific region identifying marketing needs and concepts to meet those needs. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Support Recruiting Operations Manager (ROM) in formulating a regional strategy that highlights the use of: market analysis, advertising needs, resource allocation, and tactical execution to meet all hiring needs. 2. Accountable for sourcing, and recruiting activities to include but not limited to; Establishing and maintaining relationships by working with military contacts, employment offices, truck driving schools, technical colleges Conducting job fairs and seminars, networking with ethnic organizations, trade shows (Truck shows) and other viable recruiting sources. 3. Field recruiting manager will support hiring for all Dedicated, Bulk and Intermodal recruiting needs focusing primarily on experienced drivers. 4. Understand territory: Will include, but is not limited to Local demographics Competitor data Recruiting costs, and timeline for providing candidates, barriers Field recruiting manager may participate in the new business startup process, providing input regarding the potential for and timeline for supplying needed staffing. 5. Periodic updates and continued networking with organizational leadership 6. Respond to a ever-changing and wide variety of business requirements 7.
