Position Description

This is an exciting opportunity to be the Strategy Integration HRG in the Engineering, Operations and Technology (EOT) HR organization. The EOT organization is comprised of innovative and dedicated people who strive to establish technical and functional excellence across the enterprise. Our HR team is committed to providing premium HR service and products to enable business success. This person will lead and execute on key strategic and operational actions (including Employee Engagement, Affirmative Action Placement goals, Salary Planning processes, etc.) for the EOT organization. This role will provide HR strategy integration expertise for EOT HR operating units and functions. The Strategy Integration HRG will proactively partner with HR central functions to ensure timely, standard and effective HR processes, programs, practices and policies are deployed. This role is also responsible for representing EOT HR with functional partners to influence HR strategies. They will seek successful practices from across enterprise and lead the EOT HR team in reviewing and implementing these practices as warranted.
Additional responsibilities include coordinating the Annual EOT HR Annual Strategic Planning Process, partnering with HR leaders to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives, creating executive presentations, providing HR team members an Integrated Strategy Calendar/Look Ahead, and implement year-over-year standard processes. This leader will work closely with HR Central Functions and HRGs to plan and coordinate the delivery of HR processes and communications that are relevant and useful to our business partners. In order to ensure continuous improvement, they will also conduct regular after action reviews. Strong project management skills are essential in this role as is effective communication (especially listening for understanding and incorporating multiple viewpoints into decision making processes). The Strategy Integration HRG will regularly work with enterprise teams and share learnings with the EOT HR organization. This position requires a high level of collaboration with demonstrated ability to understand the business challenges, strategies and initiatives, and participate in ensuring EOT business objectives are achieved.
