Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources Manager will administer local human resources activities such as recruiting, compensation, local office communications, policies and procedures, performance management, training and development, employee relations, and management of human resources related information. The Manager will work closely with and report to the HR Regional Director and Office Managing Director. Primary job responsibilities include partnering with senior management to determine hiring needs, as well as facilitating the recruiting and on boarding processes; employee development, performance management, and goal-setting; monitoring staff chargeability; supervising executive assistants and receptionists; and conducting all aspects of terminations, including exit interviews. Additionally, the HR Manager is responsible for maintaining personnel files in the firm's electronic filing system as well as providing informational updates and reports to firm wide Human Resources.
