HVAC Dispatcher Job in Bronx 10458, New York Us

Our office is conveniently located near the Fordham Metro North and D Train stops as well as several buses including the BX-15 and BX-55 and is just a few short block from Arthur Avenue in the Little Italy section.
The Dispatcher Position Available Will Include The Following Responsibilities:
- Schedule routine and emergency service work with customers and technicians
- Review technician's reports and prioritize needed repairs
- Review service calls and needed work with technicians and the Service Manager
- Provide customers with verbal and written repair estimates
- Field customer requests over the phone when necessary
Prior experience is a plus, but not required.
