Service Delivery
- Service Delivery is Information technology’s 'front of house,’ ensuring that technology solutions delivered to the business are fit for purpose and are supported throughout their lifetimes. Successful candidates will get 1st hand experience of supporting a demanding and dynamic growing business, developing expertise in technology and knowledge of the business, providing a mixture of client support, core leading edge technologies and Business aligned application support.

Skills and qualifications
Our teams also rely on a solid foundation of knowledge gained through education and experience. We would expect you to have a degree level education (2.1 above) in computing, mathematics, engineering or science. However, graduates with degrees from other backgrounds with a passion for IT will also be considered.
In addition, we seek:
- Excellent analytical skills and a good attention to detail
- A good level of computer skills proportionate to your degree
- Good communication skills - both written and verbal
- Fluency in English and Russian
