IAM Software Engineer, Specialist

KP Information Security Identity and Access Management is seeking a proven senior Identity and Access Management professional to lead IAM products and maturity. This position will be responsible for conducting business systems architecture and technology evaluations, establishment of standards and best practices, and consulting with solution teams. Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to perform self-directed work within a team environment. Job Role: As a Consultant Specialist, you will be responsible for maturing the overall Identity and Access technology and processes. You will partner with business stakeholders and internal team members to perform analysis of current systems. You will establish procedures and develop tools that are used in Identity infrastructure. You'll work with developers, QA teams, Operations and project managers. You will develop strategies and communications for internal and external stakeholders, and lead efforts as necessary. Essential Functions: - Robust knowledge of IT Engineering processes, technologies, and how they integrate - Perform detailed analysis of systems and develop recommendations for improvement - Partner with key business stakeholders to improve the overall quality of IAM systems Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor degree or higher with an emphasis in Computer Science or related discipline (or relevant work experience) - 10+ years IT experience with a solid understanding of the following technologies: Single Sign-On, Federated Single Sign-On, Identity Management and Information Security. - 5+ years recent experience in Identity Management and Web Single Sign-On engineering and support. - Demonstrated leadership skill to lead technical support team. - Proven track record of performance tuning in complex system, especially in Oracle Access Manager 10G and above. - Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills, including Oracle Access Manager, Web Server and Web Applications; can design integration solution for non-standard application integration. - Ability to identify architectural and implementation deficiencies, process redundancies or gaps, and to improve operating processes. - Outstanding customer service; ability to anticipate the needs of the customer and handle escalations. - Ability to work well under pressure and busy schedule. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Proven ability to work effectively with management, staff, vendors, and consultants - Proven track record of stabilizing large, complex IAM implementations and implementing engineering best practices Preferred Qualifications: - M.S. Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering is preferred. - CISSP certification preferred. - Advanced experience in J2EE Application Server, such as WebLogic and WebSphere, and reverse proxy server configurations. - Familiar with Unix, Linux and Window OS. - Experience in database, SQL query and log analysis. - Experience stabilizing complex IT architectures - Knowledge of LDAP technologies (Tivoli Directory, Sun Directory or Microsoft Active Directory) - Experience with Identity and Access Systems (Tivoli/Oracle/Sun Identity Manager, Oracle/Sun/CA Access Manager, Directories, etc.)
