you will be expected to undertake initial advice through e-mail, telephone, our online system and initial consultation. You should be competent, communicate well in both orally and written form, and be able to provide correct advice to all clients. You will manage case work and manage your time effectively. You are expected to work within strict deadlines and be able to complete tasks within a specified time. You must possess excellent case management, provide client support and ensure that excellent customer service is provided. You must adhere to companies process and policies at all times. The role will also include dealing with complex cases including appeals and advocacy work
