Inside Sales Account Executive
Job Description: The Inside Sales Account Executive will manage and grow opportunities within the current group of small business accounts by proactively calling out to new prospects, sales leads, or current customers regarding new products that may be of interest. The role of the Account Executive on the BIS Inside Sales team is to drive Experian revenue by identifying, managing, and closing deals. This position will consult with C-level decision makers to understand and diagnose the organization's business needs, then develop complex solutions to targeted Fortune 1000 companies/prospects leading deals for Experian. This role will be selling Experian's Business credit data to the B2B marketplace.Experience selling an intangible product or service is a necessity.
Skills Required:
* Develops a strategy for outbound calls that has a tailored opening and potential probing questions on Experian's core products. * Provides forecasting and account plans to meet sales goals. * Acts proactively in placing outbound calls. * Does webcast presentations. * Closes two major portfolio management deals per quarter. * Closes one decision insight deal per quarter. * Submits accurate and timely forecast documents as well as detailed territory presentations. * Maintains accurate and up-to-date customer and opportunity information in Siebel. * Supports and participates in all sales promotions and contests. * Implements aggressive telesales strategies to maintain and grow revenue and generate new accounts.
* 2+ years of inside sales or B2B experience . * Experience within CREDIT sector preferred.* Experience working within the financial industry * Experience with software systems * Ability to interact with customers' key functional areas, which include marketing, account acquisitions, risk management, and collections. * Knowledge of the commercial marketing and credit risk solutions. * Selling and negotiation skills. * Excellent organizational and presentation skills required. * Ability to effectively manage and exceed internal and external customer expectations. * Strong customer service skills.Ability to orchestrate resources to assist with selling solutions that meet client business needs. * Ability to work well in a team environment.* * Team player that provides coaching and mentoring to other Inside Sales reps. * Strong PC skills.
