Operations Customer are a team of Financial Services experts delivering sustainable benefits to our clients through operational transformation. As we strengthen our Insurance Team market capability, we recognise the need to expand our existing Insurance Claims Advisory capability.

Our insurance clients are looking for us to bring market insight coupled with analytical methods to assist them to deliver performance improvement in their Claims operations.

Customer and Revenue Management
Operating Model Review and Design
Within the Insurance Claims sector typical engagements are focussed around:
Claims Operating Strategy
Claims Operating Model Review and Design
Claims Cost Reduction and Leakage Reviews
Technology Led Operational Transformation In Claims

We are now primarily seeking high calibre Managers with superior Claims knowledge, operational performance improvement experience, energy, enthusiasm and integrity.
All candidates must demonstrate intelligent rigour and stamina to deliver results under demanding circumstances. Additionally they should exhibit:
Strong influencing skills, persuading from a position expertise
Interpersonal skills, at one-to-one and group level
The ability to operate in a client sensitive environment and maintain confidentiality
Creative and innovative in supplying solutions
Command respect from client senior management
We are looking for people who have experience in using any of the following tools techniques: Guidewire, Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), Process Modelling - Mapping, Workflow Definition, Six Sigma, Lean, Business Process Transformation, Process Control Design, Target Operating Model, Business Operating Model, Organisational Design, Functional Blueprint Definition Design, Business Requirements Definition, Use Case Definition, Partner - Vendor Selection

Typically candidates may have worked in roles or led projects in the areas of: Claims Operations Management, Leakage Reviews, Off Shoring, Claims Contact - Call Centres, Claims Supply Chain,
Claims Technology Implementation.

They will ideally possess Claims technical knowledge in personal and commercial lines classes.

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
