The Firm is looking to hire Investment Bankers to originate and execute deal flow in all sectors under coverage. Esposito has a well-developed institutional sales and trading platform and would like to ramp up the investment banking arm. The positions are ideally based in Dallas, TX, but potentially out of one of the other major cities around the country. Support staff will be made available.
We are looking for:
* The ability to take initiative and function independently
* A solid understanding of capital markets and strong Financial Modeling skills
* A minimum 5 years of working experience in Investment Banking
* Series 79 license
* MBA or other advanced degree preferred but not required
* Outstanding quantitative and qualitative analytical skills; strong knowledge of finance
* Highly motivated with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and requests
* A candidate that can maintain high standards of professional and ethical conduct
A Successful candidate should exhibit the ability to handle a fast-paced environment and various projects simultaneously. Compensation will be competitive.
