We are a leading IT Services and Solutions company, providing IT Infrastructure solutions and managed IT support services across the UK. Due to significant growth we are now looking to add an experienced Systems Engineer to further develop their skills within our award winning technical services team.
Your role will involve supporting clients throughout central London delivering on-site technical projects and solving mechanical breakdowns.
As an IT Systems Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for the delivery of key installations and projects including virtualisation, network design and implementation, security solutions, and Microsoft Server and Exchange roll-outs.
The ideal IT Systems Senior Engineer will also have all/some of the following:
• Experience of providing 1st 2nd and 3rd line support.
• HP / Dell and leading manufacture hardware support essential.
• Relevant qualifications, such as CCNA or MCSE.
• Experience with Cisco and HP networks.
• Experience with MS server operating systems, including Server 2008, Exchange 2007, SQL, VMware, firewalls, network security.
It is also essential that you are a clear and logical thinker with a quality approach to customer service.
