Job Title: PE and outbound MA Investment
Location: Beijing/Shanghai
Our client is an international investment group with offices in EU, US and China, with fund capital in both RMB and USD. They are setting up a special fund with focus on China Outbound MA, supported by all the existing funds. Their strength is technology added value, deal structure and portfolio management in TMT, Clean Tech, Healthcare, Agriculture, Water and Manufacturing sectors.
They are looking for an individual who has solid China Outbound MA experience and fund operation knowledge, who can lead deal execution also help fund raising with support from different funds and team in China and overseas, who are willing to join the team or work as venture partnership.
Requirements:
• Mainland Chinese, or Foreigner with profound Chinese language skills.
• Solid experience in IB, PE/VC, MA and deep understandings of China investment environment.
• Experience in China Outbound MA deals, whole process and successful record.
• Top tier universities education background both in China and overseas.
• Open minded and willing to adapt in different environment.
• Understand Western and Chinese culture, can behave as a bridge.
• Flexibility to travel frequently and work under pressure.
• We will need references from former employers.
