What you’ll be doing:
This is an entry-level opportunity within our Accounting Department. The full-time position will keep you busy with a broad range of duties. You will reconcile accounts in order to validate the delivery of important data. You will contribute to the departments’ positive atmosphere by working with group of really great people. Your responsibilities may include the following:
· Pulling information for input into Excel reports.
· Auditing and validating transactions in the database.
· Liaising with vendors and coworkers to ensure accuracy of transactions.
· Reconcile numerous merchant accounts for Club products.
· Bank reconciliation preparation.
· Demonstrating a warm, easygoing attitude with coworkers and clients
Your Must-Haves:
- Associates Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business preferred.
- Experience reconciling cash and merchant accounts.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel.
· Proficient in Quick Books preferred.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Experience working within a database.
- Ability to problem-solving.
- Ability to plan, organize and coordinate work assignments.
- Strong organizational, strategic, and tactical abilities.
- Strong oral and written communication.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
Compensation:
- Salary- $40,000
