You are appointed to pursue your long term carrier at EPAM UK (London) and you will fulfil a Junior Business and System Analyst covering functional Solution Design and work with highly skilled near shore development teams and onshore Software Engineers in the development and enhancement of eCommerce software platforms, product functionality, architecture, and technical scalability.
Daily tasks:
- Documenting and tracking requirements
- Understanding requirements
- Creating functional specifications / understanding non-functional requirements
- Identify areas for improvement
- Test systems on Apple devices and new features
- Liaise with business
- Work on change request systems, i.e. JIRA
Areas to support:
- WM Europe (WM Italy, WM UK, WM Brazil and WM Israel)
- Global Emerging Market
Skills:
- Understand UBS and Wealth Management business environment preferred
- Previous involvement with UX preferred, i.e. wireframes
- Being able to work alone or with a team (local and distributed)
- Being logical and objective
- Being able to work under pressure
- Need high attention to detail
- Being able to provide users training
- Excellent time management, organisational and analytical skills
- Proactive, energetic and willing to learn
