Junior Credit Analyst, Financial Institutions
They are one of the leading independent research houses and provide research to a wide range of prestigious financial institutions. With a focus on researching financial institutions throughout Europe and the US they cover both equity and credit research.
They currently have an outstanding opportunity for a junior credit analyst to come on board to work closely with the senior partner in credit research. Your role will be to conduct and write credit research on financial institutions throughout Europe, identifying opportunities and risks in the market and providing this research to the businesses clients.
The role requires:
- 3-5 years experience
- Experience of analysing financial institutions, preferably banks
- A good knowledge of credit analysis either within a sell side role, an asset manager, a counterparty credit role or within a ratings agency
- A good understanding of bond markets
- An understanding of financial modelling
