Junior HR Professional- English and German recruitment

This new position is a for a junior HR professional with 3-4 years experience, preferably within a financial organisation. You will be supporting the senior Business partner across all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

This is an interesting role at a stable and well capitalised firm who offer a very international working environment.

The role:

-day to day guidance for HR needs

-development of policies into workable plans

-dealing with recruitment up to mid-manager level

-support for specific projects

-helping the payroll team members when needed

Your profile:

-3/4 years in a junior HR role

-strong personal qualities and a mature attitude

-good overall business knowledge

-strong presentation skills and a good communicator with influencing skills

-Swiss HR diploma-a MUST

-HR knowledge (labour law and policies etc…)
