Junior Product Manager – Mobile recruitment

 Candidates will have a track record of entrepreneurial thinking and project management experience. Candidates will have the opportunity to use existing skills and develop new ones while working with a highly experienced, innovative team and company.

Responsibilities

- Co-ordinate with various global stakeholders – the business verticals, development staff, QA staff as well as core product owners. Discuss their needs and challenges, synthesize their feedback into product ideas.

- Continue to develop an understanding of the competitive landscape, how end users utilise competitor products.

- Engage the (internal) businesses and validate their product needs and requirements.

- Prioritise development based on a combination of this input. Provide management with status updates, return on investment, cost/benefit rationale

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years product/project management experience

• Strong technical background

• Excellent organisational skills

• Strong analytical skills

• Excellent communication

• Ability to create excellent working relationships across geographically diverse teams

• Demonstrated ability to contribute at a strategic and a tactical level

• Excellent ability to manage and motivate others

• Experience with financial products and analytics

• Ability to manage multiple projects at once, coordinating multiple departments to set priorities, problem-solve within a rapidly changing environment
