Responsibilities:
1. Create prospect OEM accounts.
2. Developing annual sales business plan and meet sales target.
3. Creating and implementing sales and marketing strategy.
4. Prospect and develop tier 1 accounts.
5. Conduct sales training and product presentations.
Requirements:
1. 5+ years sales experience in AC/DC and DC/AC power supply industry.
2. 5 years experience in management role.
3. EE background is preferred.
4. Good Power Supply knowledge is a must.
5. Strong organizational and communication skills.
6. Excellent presentation skills and negotiation strategy.
