Kronos Technical Project Manager Job in Plano, Texas US
The Kronos Technical Project Manager will manage payroll requirements across multiple PepsiCo divisions and multiple interfaces into and out of the Kronos application.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining common Kronos platform across all divisions
- Leading and executing continuous process improvement while driving to common business practices and policies across PepsiCo Divisions
- Building cross-divisional relationships to enable consensus on strategy for future Kronos functionality
- Participating as a PepsiCo payroll representative in governance meetings, related to specific Kronos initiatives and the hourly payroll population, which involves providing relevant information for decision making, reaching out to key stakeholders to understand requirements, facilitating discussions, and providing guidance/definition of business rules
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience with Kronos including demonstrated operational experience with Kronos Workforce Central
(version 6.x +) with understanding of product configuration - Experience implementing or upgrading systems (preferably Kronos WorkForce Central) or general systems implementation experience
- Strong Project Management experience
- Experience working with third party vendors
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years payroll experience
- Local candidates preferred, no relocation assistance provided
