KYC Quality Control Manager

Location - Columbus, Ohio The KYC Quality Control Manager is part of the Business Banking Quality KYC Due Diligence team whose purpose is to conduct further review of Business Banking customers for KYC and Compliance purposes. The KYC QC Manager will manage a team of KYC QC Analysts, and will report to the KYC Manager for Business Banking. The QC Manager is responsible for the following: · Review quality metrics for discussion with the management team. Work with the KYC Specialist Team Leads to improve processes and provide coaching to specialists based on QC feedback. · Ensure consistent quality analysis on Due Diligence team work. Respond to issues related to due diligence input and escalate as appropriate. · Assist with the correction/resolution of poor quality Due Diligence reviews. · Improve the QC process and provide feedback to the QC Analysts and KYC team leads/managers regarding consistent issues and opportunities for improvement. · Provide ideas and recommendations to revise and improve the QC process. · Provide leadership and guidance for overall Due Diligence team procedures. · Provide day-to-day management of up to 10 QC Analysts, including career and performance management. · Provide guidance and coaching on information needed to meet compliance standards. . Identify ongoing training needs and provide training as appropriate.
