Duties and Responsibilities May perform a variety of duties, including but not limited to: building and grounds maintenance, painting, snow removal, moving and setting up equipment, and assembling furniture. May also be asked to assist the skilled crafts area. Minimum Qualifications Depending upon the assigned duties, qualifications may include some or all of the following: must have the ability to sweep, shovel and remove ice, lift 60 pounds, read and follow instructions, operate lawn equipment, conduct minor repairs, and work in extreme temperatures.
