The Lead Generation Sales Operations Campaign Manager will work with the sales team to implement and launch new lead gen online advertising media campaigns to drive business development. Additionally, the Lead Generation Sales Operations Campaign Manager will partner with the online media/ advertising sales team to support existing business via updates to the campaign’s unique display and functionality, as well as manage optimization efforts to best suit the client’s needs
Essential Functions:
- Main contributor for monthly renewals process ensuring all IOs are implemented fully and accurately while coordinating with the Account Management team
- Utilize reports and queries to track and monitor lead flow and catch errors and problems
- Aide in monthly billing reconciliation via generating reports and lead counts
- Key contributor to lead quality analysis; responsible for specific assigned areas of lead quality analysis and developing a system and schedule for evaluation and monitoring
- Provide insight and advice to the online media/ advertising sales team, and directly to the client when needed, pertaining to technical capabilities as well as lead generation protocol and industry standards
- Consistent interaction with the product/development team providing input on how to further enhance the operations tool set
- Designated as project lead for select assigned releases both internal and external that require LGO support
