Loan Processing Team Manager

Work hours: 3:30pm - 12:30am As a Loan Processing Supervisor you will: Manage a team of 10-12 loan processors Be responsible for the team pipeline and ensuring all closing dates and commitment dates are met Collaborate with your underwriting and sales management peers on business goals, department objectives, and company initiatives Maintain all personnel files and employee records Effectively handle and resolve all escalated customer and agent issues Conduct weekly staff meetings with your team and monthly coaching session with each employee to review performance Achieve all established production goals for the department in relation to funded volume, conversion, customer satisfaction, and cycle time Utilize daily, weekly, and monthly production reports to effectively manage the team performance Perform monthly analysis on cancellations and declines to uncover fall-out trends and come up with creative solutions on how to increase conversion Oversee departmental projects Act as the subject matter expert for departmental systems and processes Ensure all quality standards are consistently achieved Build strong relationships with your referring partners and real estate agents This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008. As such, upon active employment with JPMorgan Chase, you will be required to either register on NMLS or re-register and move your previous registration to JPMorgan Chase's registration rolls. Your continued employment in this position with JPMorgan Chase is contingent upon successful registration immediately after your start date and annual renewal of your registration thereafter.
