LOAN SERVICING SPECIALIST 2

This position is responsible for responding to and resolving homeowners written inquiries. Duties include: performing light to moderate maintenance on homeowners accounts, resolving issues in a timely manner and within RESPA guidelines, identifying and implementing process improvements, and other tasks and special projects as assigned. This position will also provide phone support to Customer Service during periods of high call volume. Basic Qualifications: 6+ months administrative experience or interacting with customers/people. Minimum Qualifications: - Customer service focused. - Proven experience with listening and eliciting information effectively. - Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communications skills. - Strong PC skills including ability to troubleshoot common problems and navigate the internet/intranet. - Mortgage experience. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing work and managing time well. - Detail oriented. - Experience with Microsoft Office applications. - Ability to strive for quality and high productivity goals. - Previous call center experience. Preferred Skills: Previous experience with Edge, Fidelity, GEM and File Net/Loan Image Viewer.
