Loan Support Associate
An exciting opportunity has opened up for one of our top customers, located North of Seattle! Our customer is looking for a forward thinking, focused, and experienced Mortgage Loan Support Associate. They need a candidate that has strong communication skills, customer service focus, and is passionate about getting the job done with quality results. Essential Functions: · Review file and loan applications following set-up for accuracy and adherence to terms of approval. · Determine what documentation is needed to satisfy bank, governmental, agency and/or investor requirements and order appraisal, title search, credit reports, etc. as applicable. · Communicates with customers, staff, realtors, brokers, counsel, title companies, ect. To obtain remaining documents. · Provides loan status updates to all parties involved in the loan. · Reviews loan files to ensure all legal and compliance guidelines are met. · Assembles finial loan packages Qualifications: · High School diploma or equivalent · Minimum of one year of experience in this role and or in the Mortgage industry. · Basic knowledge of loan processing · Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office applications · Good mathematical skills coupled with strong data entry.
