Loans Administration Officer with fluency in Italian

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of ranges of products handled by Operations, particularly loan administration. The main responsibilities will include processing of Italian business, making sure all drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, prepayments and fees are processed efficiently and accurately.

You will need to report any issues including disputed amounts and delayed items to the relevant people promptly, and prepare internal control and external reporting as well as contributing to other tasks and projects to improve the company performance.

The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Loan Transaction Processing as there will be a minimum training available. Due to the nature of the business, fluency in both English and Italian is essential.

You will have excellent Customer Services skills within a similar Banking Operations environment and also have excellent understanding of Loan Administration and Money Laundering procedures.  

You will be working as part of a busy team and there will be minimal training on offer initially so it is essential that you are self sufficient so that you are able to make an immediate impact to the efficiency of the team. This role will include working most UK Bank Holidays.
