Primary Responsibilities: Coordinating the movement of materials and products for the company including load planning and delivery management. Releasing customer orders to the warehouse for fulfillment, working closely with the Shipping Manager to understand daily/weekly limitations. Managing seasonal shipping schedule according to overall volume and ideal geographic planting time. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: 4+ years of directly related experience. An Associate's degree in business or equivalent experience. Strong computer skills specifically with Microsoft Excel. Good oral and written communication skills, organization and time-management skills. A willingness to be on call if a problem arises with shipping or receiving.
