Looking for a competent DUTY MANAGER Job in Darwin, Northern Territory Australia
As Duty Manager you will oversee all operations at the bar and restaurant including staffing, functions coordination, and customer service in a very popular bar and restaurant in Darwin.
Do you have the ability, experience and expertise for this role?
• Functions and events coordination, including regular entertainment
• Staff recruitment, training and supervision including kitchen, bar and security
• Staff rosters
• Overseeing bar operations, including performing close of bar a minimum of 2 nights a week
• Customer service
• Ongoing review of all procedures to ensure effective and efficient operations, including rosters, hours of operation of bar
• Ensure adherence to all local, Government and federal legislative requirements
• Effective communications with staff, patrons suppliers, contractors, legislative representatives, management and owners
• Maintain high level of professional attitude, behaviour and appearance and lead by example to ensure high quality of presentation and customer service in venue at all times
• Other general duty manager duties as required
