JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building and managing a portfolio of clients within the Banking Financial Services Industry. You will partner with senior decision makers within these organisations in determining and anticipating their human capital requirements. You will also build and maintain a strong network of Banking professionals seeking new opportunities in order to ultimately drive the hiring process to benefit both the client and candidate. You will be a true business partner to some of the world’s most reputable companies. Please keep in mind this is a consultant role including some Sales Business Development responsibilities as well hence this is not an HR role.

We are open to receive applications from Banking Financial Services professionals with 4 to 6 years of experience and looking to transfer their industry knowledge into a consultative, sales and people oriented role as well as from experienced successful recruiters.
Fluency in both English Mandarin is mandatory.
