Our client is a small friendly accountancy practice firm in Bournemouth and they are looking to appoint an Accounts Assistant to work as part of their busy accounts team.
Ideally they would like someone who has some experience of working in a busy accounts office, but they will provide full training on what they do in a very supportive working environment. Duties will involve completing VAT returns, dealing with HMRC, reviewing client entries, scanning and basic offices tasks, but you will be trained up in accounts "on the job".
You will need to be bright and eager to learn, and have the ability to maintain accuracy in what you do whilst working at speed, as their work is very "high volume". A good team spirit is essential and personality and team-fit will be a strong factor in the selection of the successful candidate. Full study support for AAT will be provided.
