A very progressive and aggressive Domestic Freight Broker and International Freight Forwarder is seeking an experienced LTL Operations person to join the Corporate office in Massachusetts in the Domestic Operation. This is a career building opportunity to join a company founded in 1985. Most of our Management team has been together almost since the beginning. Staff longevity is one of the key elements of our success, so the right person can build that same kind of career stability. The person must have a strong background in the LTL Brokerage field complete with carrier contacts in the Consolidation and Distribution market. LTL shippers would be helpful but not required. We have a very strong presence in the LTL market now, but we know we can grow it with the addition of a person meeting these requirements. Rate making experience and carrier contacts are critical. Since the company is built on the Team Concept, we need a person who will eventually earn the right to lead the LTL Team. That will require the ability to lead, train, and direct staff members. The company goal will be clear, and the tools to succeed are provided. You will need to put it all together.
