Summary of Responsibilities:
The Manager, Talent Acquisition is responsible for daily management and oversight of all recruitment related functions for SC USA.
Essential Functions:
- Manages, directs and develops a team of direct reports, responsible for full cycle recruiting including: screening, sourcing, offer processing, negotiation of offers, consultation with hiring managers and partnering with business partners on hiring strategies
- Partners with Director to develop strategies to source, attract, screen, recruit and select high quality candidates for all SC USA open positions at all sites
- Provides guidance to the recruitment team in driving the recruiting process, from sourcing to offer acceptance, including developing job offer recommendations and closing/negotiating strategies
- Establish and maintain solid working relationships with hiring managers
- Responsible for measuring and reporting the success of SC USA's recruitment initiatives, including performance metrics, applicant tracking, data integrity and meeting agreed upon SLA's to the business.
- Provides cross functional leadership to HR and business partners as it relates to recruitment programs
- Responsible for ensuring legal compliance related to SC USA's hiring practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in human resource related field required; certification in recruitment / human resources is strongly desired
- Five (5) to eight (8) years Recruitment / Human Resources experience is required
- Must be self directed with ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize manage HR projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- PC/Windows skills required, including HRIS and ATS system knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of recruiters and manage in a multi-facility environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Working Conditions:
- Travel to other facilities and/or locations required
- Extended work hours may be required as dictated by management and business needs
