MDS Nurse
Due to a recent promotion in our MDS department, Kingston is currently seeking an experienced MDS nurse to join our team! Kingston is a fast paced 120-bed facility and due to our success with short term rehab and 98% return home rate, we experience a high number of admissions and discharges per month. We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications: Minimum 2 years experience in a skilled nursing facility, preferable with a high short term census, well versed in MDS 3.0, strong knowledge of RUG management, strong collaboration experience with an in-house therapy program, excellent assessment / documentation skills, strong educator with resident ADLs, and current Ohio RN licensure required.
