Job Description Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer (Job Number:303536) Description: SAIC currently has several Career openings for skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM leads/architects with hands-on experience implementing Dynamics CRM-based business solutions. We are seeking outstanding individual contributors to work in a team environment that demonstrate the ability to architect, design, develop and implement new client system requirements within customized MS Dynamics CRM based applications. These individuals will also need to be able to research and resolve production problems with current MS Dynamics CRM based applications including interfacing with client team members to review issues and negotiate proposed fixes and enhancements. As a CRM Consultant you will spend a majority of your time executing tasks related to client delivery. This position will be working in a team based environment working with other MS Dynamics CRM developers, SharePoint developers, and experienced Project Managers. This position can be based out of Kansas City, MO or Chantilly, VA. ** This position requires the ability to pass a background investigation with USDA** **This position is located at a U.S. government facility and requires U.S Citizenship or Permanent Resident status to qualify** PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Identifies designs and technical approaches to be used by the project team to complete enhancements projects within a Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications environment. Will provide guidance and technical assistance to less experienced technical team members. This will include negotiating proposed solutions with our clients. Identifies problem areas and recommends optimal solution to business and technical problems. The successful candidate must be able to do the following: - Experience with architecting and implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 and 2011 based business solutions. - Leading small to mid-sized development teams involved in full-lifecycle development efforts which are based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0/2011, Scribe, Microsoft .NET development technologies and server products. - Establishing architectural best practices and CRM customization standards to be utilized cross-project. - Ability to take completed Use Cases and create design document artifacts that will allow the technical team to effectively implement defined requirements. - In-depth hands-on knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, the entity model, security model, and Web services. - Hands-on experience architecting solutions that involve CRM customization to include server side code, custom business logic, integration modules, workflow assemblies and plug-ins. - Experience with customizing the Web client or Dynamics CRM for Microsoft Office Outlook to include scripting, integration/development of custom Web pages using the CRM user interface and style guides. - Strong experience with the C# language and the Microsoft .NET Framework, ADO.NET, ASP.NET and JavaScript. - Experience architecting business solutions based on SQL Server database, reporting and integration services. - Solid experience developing solutions which involve relational database technologies on platforms such as SQL Server 2005/2008 with experience programming stored procedures using Transact SQL or PL SQL. - Experience with object-oriented design and Service Oriented Architectures (SOA). - Design, code and implement new Microsoft Dynamics CRM customization change request to meet the clients changing requirements. - Responsible for ongoing maintenance and support of existing CRM implementations. Resolve day to day work orders and incidents from CRM users. - Modify existing and create new SQL Reporting Services Reports for CRM. - Individual will be involved in helping to set directions for new CRM projects in version 4.0 and 2011. This position will report to an SAIC manager. Employment requires a government NACI background investigation and drug screening. Travel to field sites at metropolitan cities within the continental US is estimated at much less than 10%. Qualifications : BASIC REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's Degree in a related field and five (5) or more years of experience in architecting and developing applications that utilize the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform. - Proven experience working with Use Case driven development and working understanding of modeling and analysis tools. - Experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM business solutions. - Experience developing in C# and the Microsoft .NET Framework, ADO.NET, ASP.NET and JavaScript. - Experience with object-oriented design and Service Oriented Architectures (SOA). ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Working experience with SharePoint 2007 and 2010 development. - Prior experience with extending Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0/ 2011. - Experience with SQL SSIS 2005/ 2008R2, SSRS 2005/ 2008R2 and DTS. - Experience with Microsoft Internet Information Services, Microsoft Team Foundation Server, and Scribe.
