Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program or completion of a Master's/post-Master's degree in nursing with his or her specialty area including 500 hrs. of clinical practicum. Must possess a current Illinois Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner licensure. Current certification by the ANA or equivalent body. Current BLS ACLS required.

Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program or for Nurse Practitioner completion of a Master's/post-Master's degree in an accredited nursing program. Current Illinois PA/NP licensure, current ACLS certification, and 1 yr. working experience required.
